A history built over time
The Törökszentmiklós mill has more than a century of history. Kunsági Malom acquired the site in 2014 and continued its activity. Development extended to Karcag with a maize mill in 2019, connecting local continuity with a broader production range.
The technology behind the flour
Wheat milling uses Bühler technology, with a declared capacity of 312 tonnes per day. Rye, spelt, whole-wheat and Graham products are also made in a separate mill. This processing range offers a useful starting point for selecting flour around your recipe.
